    Visual Designer

    Ready to work on things that have never been done before? Want to work within an industry that desperately needs to be disrupted? Are you interested in adding your talents to a game-changing startup backed by top-tier investors?

    We are Renoviso, a well-funded mid-stage Boston startup completely transforming how consumers complete home renovation projects.     As a member of our small UX/Product team, you will be in a unique position to solve really interesting challenges, push the boundaries of our visual design, and have a voice in product and design decisions across our three main applications. We’ve built a great foundation, but need a smart, collaborative, rockstar designer who can continually improve our user experience with a clean visual design.

    In this position, you’ll be working with our head of design, own your own projects and be responsible for providing deliverables for what each solution needs. It could be a wireframe, final designs or a round or two of testing with users. Our engineering team works quickly with multiple releases per week. You’ll see your ideas deployed regularly, iterate improvements, and have a major impact working alongside a highly collaborative and talented team.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Solve complex user needs across the consumer, contractor and internal admin platforms to improve both the customer experience and business results
    • Create clean, finished visual design assets that will be used in production
    • Brainstorm, and develop user flows or wireframes for new product features and enhancements

    Senior Product Manager

    We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in building a world class technology platform that transforms the consumer experience for home renovation.

    In this role you will work closely with our design and engineering teams to drive the direction of our consumer website, contractor mobile app, and project management platform.

    NYT Field Ops

    Renoviso is a rapidly growing, Boston-based, startup with an ambitious vision to completely transform how homeowners and commercial properties complete renovation projects. We have done 1,400+ residential projects in the last 2 years and we are looking for to add a team member who can meet with prospective customers to discuss their home renovations (windows, siding, roofing, and doors) along with estimate any additional labor costs for their project.

    The position will on-site doing daily consultations and assist in estimating upcoming projects. This person will also take on responsibility for building and enhancing relationships with our clients to help us win the project.

    The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and provide leadership and oversight into priorities and KPI’s for success. This includes monitoring daily progress for projects including being hands-on visiting customer sites and ensuring that our messaging and services are being properly delivered. The position will require you to be comfortable dealing with change, working under tight deadlines, and establishing excellent collaboration across different parts of a startup organization.

    Sales Manager

    We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play an integral role in helping customers through the sales funnel from initial inquiry to project installation. You will be handling inbound leads almost exclusively and will be tasked with converting these into paying customers while simultaneously delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Consistently exceed aggressive sales targets by fielding inbound leads, which originate from our website and marketing programs, and converting these leads into paying customers
    • Shepherd prospective customers through the sales process, which includes evaluating customer needs, educating customers on solutions, setting proper expectations, and providing project pricing & details using our software and systems

    Commercial/Multi Residential Project Manager

    Renoviso is a rapidly growing, Boston-based, startup with an ambitious vision to completely transform how homeowners and commercial properties complete renovation projects. We have done 1,400+ residential projects in the last 2 years and we recently launched our commercial division. To support this expansion, we are looking for an eager and intelligent professional to focus on managing our commercial projects.

    The position will blend your time between on-site and in-office where you will be hyper-focused on successful project completion and assist in estimating upcoming projects. This person will be charged with overseeing the installation and coordinating scheduling of our projects while working with our sub-contractors. This person will also take on responsibility for building and enhancing relationships with our clients.

    The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and provide leadership and oversight into priorities and KPI’s for success. This includes monitoring daily progress for projects including being hands-on visiting customer sites and ensuring that our services are being properly delivered.
