    We're seeking a Category Development Manager to help drive Renoviso’s expansion into new product categories. Reporting to the Director of Category Development, you will be responsible for successfully launching and supporting the growth of new categories, while also helping us optimize product lines in existing categories.

    Our goal is to create the next great Boston­ based company and this person will play a critical, early role in helping us achieve that vision. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, self-starting, highly motivated superstar interested helping create a breakthrough, disruptive consumer internet company.

    Responsibilites

    • Enable the company to exceed aggressive growth targets by working closely with the Director of Category Development to plan and execute our expansion into new product categories and to optimize the merchandising of our existing categories
    • Build and maintain on-site product assets (e.g. images, descriptions, customization options, etc.) and pricing for all products across all categories to maximize conversion and profitability
    • Complete primary and secondary research on new product categories within the home improvement industry in order to inform the rollout strategy of expansion product categories
    • Identify manufacturers/distributors of products to support both new category development and filling gaps in existing categories
    • Coordinate cross-functionally with relevant teams (e.g. operations, marketing, product, etc.) to support and transition new category expansion efforts
    • Assist executive team with other areas that have high impact (e.g. geographic expansion efforts, business development, etc.) as needed to further support company’s growth
    • Be totally committed to being a great teammate

    Boxes We'd Like You To Check

    • 1-4 years of applicable experience and a proven track record within demanding/high growth business environments
    • Able to flourish and self-prioritize in fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with Microsoft Excel

    Field Operations Specialist

    We’re seeking an eager and intelligent individual to join our field operations team.

    This opportunity enables you to play a significant role in our company’s growth by helping us build great relationships and deliver a top notch quality experience for our customers and installers. If you're up to the challenge of delivering the best experience for our customers and improving our platform to enable our install teams to be successful, we want to hear from you.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Coordinate in-home consultations, installations, deliveries, and service visits with our internal support team and installers.
    • Estimate or assess installation methods, costs and potential issues via pictures and on-site visits for a variety of renovation projects
    • Review notes and measurements provided by installers for accuracy and completeness
    • Leverage technology to measure results and create scalable operational systems
    • Assist with recruiting new installation partners
    • Doing whatever is needed to help the team succeed!

    Your Responsibilites

    • Exceed aggressive traffic and customer acquisition goals across multiple channels such as email, content/SEO, paid search, display, direct mail and other digital and offline channels

    Regional Operations Manager - Philadelphia

    Renoviso is a rapidly growing Boston-based company with an ambitious vision to completely transform how homeowners complete home renovation projects. We’ve been very successful in New England and are expanding our operations to the Philadelphia metropolitan region. To support this expansion, we are looking for an eager and intelligent construction professional to help us launch and manage field operations in this new region.

In this position, you will build and scale crews of high quality contract labor across multiple service categories and help ensure that projects are executed on time and with great customer outcomes.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Recruit and manage an on-demand stable of the highest quality installers across a growing set of service categories, which currently include windows, doors, roofing, and flooring.
    • Review notes and details provided by installers from in-home measurement appointments for accuracy and completeness
