    Boxes We'd Like You To Check

    • Bachelors degree in C.S. or other hard science, such as Physics, E.E., or Math
    • At least four years of workplace experience as a software engineer
    • Strong attention to detail and an obsessive compulsion to write great code
    • Fluency with Javascript/Node.js/React is a plus, but a willingness to learn is sufficient

    Visual Designer

    Ready to work on things that have never been done before? Want to work within an industry that desperately needs to be disrupted? Are you interested in adding your talents to a game-changing startup backed by top-tier investors?

    We are Renoviso, a well-funded mid-stage Boston startup completely transforming how consumers complete home renovation projects. We’ve got an enormous vision to build a special company and have had impressive early track record. Our founders have proven history of building high-growth Internet companies and great teams.

    As a member of our small UX/Product team, you will be in a unique position to solve really interesting challenges, push the boundaries of our visual design, and have a voice in product and design decisions across our three main applications. We’ve built a great foundation, but need a smart, collaborative, rockstar designer who can continually improve our user experience with a clean visual design.

    In this position, you’ll be working with our head of design, own your own projects and be responsible for providing deliverables for what each solution needs. It could be a wireframe, final designs or a round or two of testing with users. Our engineering team works quickly with multiple releases per week. You’ll see your ideas deployed regularly, iterate improvements, and have a major impact working alongside a highly collaborative and talented team.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Solve complex user needs across the consumer, contractor and internal admin platforms to improve both the customer experience and business results
    • Create clean, finished visual design assets that will be used in production
    • Brainstorm, and develop user flows or wireframes for new product features and enhancements
    • Pitch in with defining requirements and copywriting to support product development
    • Be actively engaged in improving your work through user research and testing cycles

    Boxes We'd Like You To Check

    • 3+ years of UI + UX design experience, preferably with consumer web/mobile applications
    • Strong expertise with visual design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Sketch, etc.) and experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Balsamiq, OmniGraffle, etc.)
    • Experience leveraging analytics, session recordings, customer input, user testing, and your own intuition to improve user experience and conversion rates
    • Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript a plus, although you are not required to code
    • Have a high quality online portfolio of previous work
    • Exceptional attention to detail and teamwork skills
    • Able to flourish and self-prioritize in fast-paced, collaborative work environment
    • Actively follow latest visual design and UX practices, techniques, and technologies

    Senior Product Manager

    We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in building a world class technology platform that transforms the consumer experience for home renovation.

    In this role you will work closely with our design and engineering teams to drive the direction of our consumer website, contractor mobile app, and project management platform.

    Our goal is to create the next great Boston-based company, and you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision and growth targets. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, versatile, and highly-motivated superstar interested in helping create a disruptive consumer internet company.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Drive growth and improve results by optimizing the key product levers across our business
    • Solve complex user needs across both the consumer and contractor sides of our marketplace
    • Define and prioritize the short and long-term product roadmap
    • Write product requirements and work closely with our design team to prepare projects for handoff to engineering
    • Collaborate with engineers during the product development cycle to ensure timely completion of deliverables
    • Perform user acceptance and quality assurance testing prior to release of new features
    • Monitor performance and measure impact of product enhancements
    • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure the prioritization and delivery of new product features aligns with our broader objectives

    Senior Manager - New Territory Marketing

    We're seeking an experienced marketer to lead our Marketing & Customer Acquisition efforts in new regions as we scale and expand our service area.

    You'll define, launch and optimize campaigns to acquire customers in our new service areas across digital and offline channels. You will drive strategy, execution and thought leadership on how Renoviso enters new territories, acquires customers, and builds its brand.

    Our goal is to create the next great Boston­-based company and this person will play a critical role in helping us achieve our vision and growth targets. This is a unique opportunity for a smart, self­-starting, highly-­motivated customer acquisition superstar.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Exceed aggressive traffic and customer acquisition goals for our new territories
    • Develop and implement our new territory marketing strategy
    • Lead our marketing and customer acquisition execution and management in new territories
    • Manage & optimize multiple acquisition channels such as referrals, paid search, display, paid social, direct mail, email, content and other digital and offline channels
    • Deepen our understanding of prospects and customers in order to optimize/localize our conversion funnel and customer experience for new territories
    • Contribute broadly to growing online and offline marketing campaigns
    • Coordinate cross-functionally with relevant teams (e.g. product, sales, operations, etc.) to support new territory customer acquisition efforts
    • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility
    • Work with broader marketing team to formulate overall growth and marketing acquisition strategy
