Country of Origin
This hardwood flooring product carries a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for the hardwood finish and the wood boards as long as the original purchaser owns the floor.
The manufacturer warrants that the hardwood finish, namely the total thickness of urethane applied to its products, will withstand total wear through at normal residential use. Gloss reduction is not considered wear and is not covered under this warranty. Forest Accents also warrants that the products will be free from manufacturing defects, which include improper milling, laminating or grading.
Under their warranty, the manufacturer's obligation is to supply the material to replace the defective boards, supply the material and labor to resurface the flooring in the room where the urethane is completely worn through, or compensate for damages equivalent to the purchase cost of the defective boards.
